Facing the complicated situation of the epidemic in
Vietnam in general and Da Nang in particular, AFA would like to inform
specifically the measures that AFA is applying to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic
so that customers / partners can conveniently contact:
I. REGULATIONS FOR CUSTOMERS / PARTNERS COMING TO WORK
AT AFA
1. Customers / Partners who come to work at AFA are
required to wear a mask.
2. Customers / Partners are required to measure body
temperature, hand sanitizer at Protection points before going to work.
Protection will also record Customer / Partner information (Full name, phone
number) for future reference.
3. Letters and parcels delivered to AFA will be
delivered at the Security post (instead of the Reception as before). In case
letters and parcels are delivered to individual staff members, officials and
employees are requested to come and receive them, at the time of wearing masks
and disinfecting hands after receiving goods.
4. Customers / Partners working at AFA please limit
the use of elevators during this time.
II. PROVISIONS ON AFA'S OFFICERS AND STAFF
1. The company has equipped handwashing alcohol at
security pins, in front of doors, at the reception and all floors /
departments. It is recommended that AFA staff regularly disinfect hands before,
during and after working at AFA.
2. All staff and interns must have their body
temperature measured at the Security Pin before starting work at AFA.
Protection measures body temperature for each person and records the results on
the watchlist. If anyone shows a fever, ask to go home.
3. All staff and trainees are required to wear a mask
for the duration of their employment at AFA.
4. All staff members and interns on business trips
must wear a mask throughout the travel and working period at the customer.
Especially when using public transports such as airplanes, trains, buses,
staff, always wear masks, limit contact with people and foreign objects, use
disinfectant solution before, during and after going to public place.
5. In case of no need, give priority to exchanging and
working with customers via email, phone and other means of communication.
6. If staff members show signs of illness, they must
take initiative in isolation, seek medical attention and notify AFA leaders.
7. The Company has set up an internal channel to
propagate all the information and direction related to the prevention of the
Covid-19 epidemic, it is recommended that all employees regularly update
information and comply with all measures. established by AFA, to protect the
health of ourselves, families, colleagues and customers.
III. DISCLAIMER ON COVID-19 PREVENTION OF PREVENTION
1. Use a mask properly. When going to a crowded place,
wear a mask and wash your hands as soon as possible. Masks must cover the nose
and mouth, when wearing absolutely do not touch the face.
2. Avoid close contact with sick, suspected people. In
case of contact with these subjects, wear a mask and maintain a distance of at
least two meters.
3. Wash your hands often with soap and running water
for at least 30 seconds or with a hand sanitizer containing at least 60%
alcohol. Hands-washing times include:
· Before, during and after cooking
· Before eating;
· After coughing, sneezing;
· After removing the mask;
· After caring for a sick or suspected sick person;
· After being exposed to an infected nose or throat
secretion or suspected disease;
· After using the toilet;
· After contact with animals or animal waste.
4. Sneeze and cough into an elbow or a tissue,
immediately throw the tissue in a covered trash can and wash your hands.
5. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
6. Only use foods that are cooked and ensure food
safety.
7. Keep your body warm, exercise, eat cooked, boiled
and have enough nutrients to improve health.
8. Clean the floor, tools surface, door handles daily
with regular detergent. Always keep the room well ventilated, limit the use of
air conditioners.
9. Stay home if you feel unwell, even if only mild
symptoms such as headache and runny nose appear. If you have a fever, cough and
shortness of breath, seek medical attention immediately for prompt treatment.
10. Update and follow instructions from local health
authorities.
